SquadBet is a new Sky Bet feature that lets users build a “squad” of up to 20 players within a single fixture to collectively hit a shared performance target. I led the product design across UX, UI, and interaction, creating a mobile-first experience that simplifies a complex betting mechanic into an intuitive, team-building flow. The design introduces a roster-style player selector, real-time odds feedback, and clear contribution breakdowns that help users understand how their squad contributes to the total outcome. Working closely with Trading, Data, Engineering, and Compliance, I shaped a system that is powerful, fast, and easy to use—unlocking a new way for customers to engage with player stats and build creative, flexible bets.
