Big Baby’s Street Kitchen

Building a bold food brand across digital and physical experiences

Overview

Big Baby’s Street Kitchen is a bold cook-out food delivery brand known for its flavour-packed menu, strong personality, and energetic street-food identity.

The goal of this project was to create a full brand system and digital experience that could support both immediate customer engagement and long-term business growth.

This included building a strong visual identity, creating a scalable brand system, and designing digital experiences that made ordering simple, fast, and memorable across web and mobile.

My Role

I led the full creative direction across branding, digital design, and customer experience.

This included logo design, visual identity, colour systems, typography, packaging, merchandise, website design, mobile app design, and supporting brand guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

The objective was not simply to make the brand look good—but to create a business identity that customers would recognise, trust, and return to.

Approach

The process began with understanding the brand personality, customer expectations, and how similar food delivery brands positioned themselves visually.

From there, I developed a visual system designed to feel bold, energetic, and highly recognisable.

This included:

  • logo design and visual identity

  • colour palette and typography system

  • packaging and merchandise design

  • promotional assets and marketing materials

  • website design and mobile app UX/UI

  • brand guidelines for long-term consistency

The digital experience focused heavily on usability—making menu navigation clear, food imagery impactful, and the ordering journey as seamless as possible. Features such as strong food photography, simplified navigation, and micro-interactions helped create a more engaging customer experience.

The Challenge

Food delivery is highly competitive, and strong visual branding often becomes the deciding factor between being remembered or being ignored.

The challenge was to create a brand that felt instantly recognisable, visually bold, and emotionally engaging—while also delivering a frictionless ordering experience across digital platforms.

The identity needed to reflect the energy of the food itself: confident, playful, and high-impact, while still feeling professional enough to support long-term growth.

Solution

The final result was a complete brand ecosystem that worked consistently across both physical and digital touchpoints.

From packaging and apparel to the website and mobile ordering experience, every element reinforced the same brand personality and customer experience.

The design created a stronger emotional connection with customers while improving usability and helping the business feel more established, premium, and commercially scalable.

Outcome

The project delivered a cohesive brand identity and digital product suite that helped Big Baby’s Street Kitchen stand out in a crowded market and create stronger customer recognition.

The improved digital experience made ordering more intuitive and engaging, while the brand system provided the business with a scalable foundation for future growth across both online and physical customer touchpoints.
